"Smooth delivery, no hassle"

"Slow replies and careless handling"
The order turned out okay in the end, but the whole process was frustrating. Communication wasn’t great at all, and I had to email twice before I got a proper update. The replies felt rushed, like they hadn’t really read my question properly. On top of that, it seemed like my order wasn’t handled with much care, which made me even more unsure about what was going on. Not a total disaster, but definitely annoying to be left waiting without clear answers.

I ordered a bulk lot, I think sometime last week or maybe the week before, and it showed up quicker than I expected. Everything was fine for the most part, though one of the boxes had a bit of a dent in it. Didn’t seem like a huge deal, but worth mentioning.

"Good range, but I’m a bit less sure now"
I found bottleinabox.co had a really good range, especially a few bottle sizes I’d struggled to find anywhere else. The site was straightforward enough to use and the prices looked fair. I was happy at first, though a couple of small things along the way made me feel slightly less confident than I expected. I’d probably use them again, but with a bit more caution next time.

"Return was more annoying than expected"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size and figured sending it back would be simple enough. At first I was like, no big deal, these things happen. But then the return info wasn’t super clear and the replies took longer than I expected, so i started getting irritated. It did get sorted out in the end, thankfully, but wow, it felt way more stressful than it needed to be.

We ordered some branded bottle-in-box packs for a small event, i was so happy when they arrived. They looked really lovely, the logo was crisp, and the colours were almost exactly what we sent over. The team replied quickly too, which made the whole process feel really easy and reassuring. I had one small question and it was sorted out straight away. Really pleased with how everything turned out and I’d definitely use them again.

I ordered a few bottle boxes, the fit was spot on. They weren’t too tight, but there wasn’t loads of extra space either, which was ideal. The bottles sat in nicely, and felt secure, which was exactly what I needed. The sizing on the site was easy enough to follow, too. They arrived fine, did the job, and I’m happy with them. I’d use them again.

"Mixed box didn’t match what I ordered"
I ordered a mixed box, but a few of the bottles I received weren’t the ones I picked. Delivery was fine and showed up without any problems, but it’s frustrating when the order isn’t actually what you chose. Has anyone else had this happen with their mixed box?

I’m happy with this because it did exactly what I needed it to do. I used it for my bottles, and they stayed well protected the whole time. For me, that’s the most important thing, so it felt like a solid buy.

"Pretty reliable overall"
I’ve used bottleinabox.co.uk a few times now and, for the most part, the stock has been good. The boxes I needed were available and the ordering process was straightforward enough. One size I wanted was out of stock once, which was a little frustrating, but it did come back later. Not completely perfect, but overall I’ve had a decent experience.

"I was getting really tired of…"
I was getting really tired of dealing with so much plastic waste, so this was a nice change. The packaging uses a lot less plastic, and the box is easy to break down and recycle. Has anyone else had the same issue with other products using way too much plastic?

I ordered some printed boxes from Bottle In A Box and, i was pleased with how they turned out. The print looked really nice, the colours were clear, not washed out, and the text was sharp and easy to read. I was going to give 5 stars, but actually, one or two of the boxes had tiny marks on them. Nothing major at all, just enough to notice. Overall though, I’m happy with the quality and I’d definitely use them again.

"Definitely not worth the price"
The box showed up in good shape, so I thought everything would be fine, but once I opened it, the quality was underwhelming. Some of the parts felt flimsy and the finish looked kind of sloppy. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. It works, sure, but the overall quality made me think, what a joke. Not the worst thing ever, but I’m definitely disappointed.

"Really impressed with the packaging"
I ordered from bottleinabox.co.uk recently, and I was impressed when it arrived. The parcel had clearly been knocked around a bit during delivery, but the box still felt really sturdy and didn’t have any crushed corners or anything that made me worry. When I opened it up, the bottles inside were completely fine. I’ve had a few bad experiences with flimsy packaging from other places before, so this was a really nice change. I’d definitely use them again.
